Pease BayBeing around 37 miles from the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh, Pease Bay is a popular spot with surfers from all over the central belt and south east of Scotland. This can make nice weekends and summer evenings busier than you might like. During the day though, and in winter, Pease Bay is usually deserted. Rights from the boulder reef at the southeast of the bay, lefts from the beach break at the northwest. Faces NNE. Amongst the most consistent swell in the area. Can get blown out easily. Suitable for (sensible) beginners. Share your experiences and ask and answer questions about Pease Bay in the Scottish Surf Spots Forum. Location
