susan's blogI'm all ears - and a big nose, he he.Right this will come as a complete suprise to most of you but, I am unfit. I know I'm unfit and after talking to Malcom in urbanology am really worried about my level of unfitness in relation to going snowbording in Cannada next year. What do you think would be better to get me in better shape for snowbaord, running, swimming, surfin or cycling?? I know I'm not going to be the only one out there with this problem, it's just I love just chillin with people rather than getting hot and sweaty in a gym. Andy wants me to mountin bike but he goes too fast, surfin would be good if the water was hotter, so think it could be running but am open to sugestions (within reason). Stuff about me, helped written by Colin ReidHello people, I thought I would jot a few words down about nothing in particular. I tryed skating last year on a ramp in Elgin cause a friend of mine (Sarah Rollo) asked me to join her on the girls night, nothing ventured nothing gained I thought and it was super dooper!!!!!! The prob came when at Christmas the boys ended up coming down on a monday too which was a bit weird. After a couple of weeks though the mix of experienced skaters and the girls really worked. Not exactly friends but it was lovely to have a few new faces to say Hi to in the pub. Then for a mixture of reasons the ramp had to close and it wasn't till that night that I realiased that I was going to miss it all. Seeing the guys doing there thing on the ramp, seeing the girls slowly getting better at the straight foward skating thing and the buzz I was getting from slowly getting better at dropping in, and the thing is I think the skating helped my snowboarding. |
